Extell sells Central Park Tower unit for $19M

The entity RZF CPT LLC paid $19 million to Extell Development through the entity Smitell LLC for condo (SC) unit 58E the Central Park Tower at 217 West 57th Street in Midtown West, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 8, 2021 and was recorded on August 4, 2021.

The signatory for Extell Development was Caroline Berman. The signatory for RZF CPT LLC was Lucy Luo.
