Vaja Group signs $5M construction loan with NorthEast Community Bank for rental in Bronxwood

The Vaja Group through the entity Skmf Queens Management LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender NorthEast Community Bank through the entity NorthEast Community Bank valued at $5 million for the 31-unit rental (D1) at 3013 Barker Avenue in Bronxwood, Bronx.
The deal closed on July 2, 2021 and was recorded on July 16, 2021.

The owner bought the property on 16-Aug-06, for $585,000.
The signatory for The Vaja Group was Thomas Scuderi.
(220696174) Plans for a 31-unit, 21,723 square-foot R-2 were filed on April 2, 2019 and were permitted on January 29, 2021.
Moses Freund, who signed on the deed for the property is a managing partner at the Vaja Group.
