Ezriel Weinberger through the entity 1501 Undercliff Associates LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Capital One valued at $8.7 million for two properties including the 98-unit rental (D1) at 1501 Undercliff Avenue in Highbridge, Bronx and development site (V0) at N/A Undercliff Avenue in Highbridge, Bronx.
The deal closed on July 12, 2021 and was recorded on July 16, 2021.
The two properties have 129,677 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 108,528 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $67 per the PincusCo analysis.
