UWS townhouse sells for $13.1M

Deirdre Miller through the entity Deirdre Miller, As Trustee paid $13.1 million to Gavin Fries through the entity Kpcc 310 West 88th Street LLC for the newly converted single-family townhouse at 310 West 88th Street in the Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on August 5, 2021 and was recorded on August 27, 2021.
The property has 6,000 square feet of built space and 6,119 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 12,118 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,175 and the price per buildable square foot is $1,076 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
