Urban View files plans to convert educational building to 30-unit resi building in Clinton Hill
Urban View Development Group, on April 15, filed plans to convert an educational building to a residential building with 30 dwelling units at 87 Irving Place in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the change in use and increase in size of the building from a 40-foot tall, four-story building to a 83-foot tall, seven-story building with 30 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00712293.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story residential [with] 32 units.
There is a conflict in the filing between the plans/work document (PW1), which says 30 units, and the zoning document, which says 32 units.
The plans did not include a Schedule A, which lists the number of units per floor, along with other information.
The architect listed is Asher Architect.
The property was acquired for $8.2 million on February 18, 2022.
