Isaac Rosenberg files plans for 81-unit mixed-use building in Parkchester

Isaac Rosenberg, on April 14, filed a permit application for construction of an 81-unit, 61,859-square-foot mixed-use building at 2121 Glebe Avenue in Parkchester, Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 109-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00705496. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: new nine-story, multi-family residential building with off-street parking.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have utility rooms and parking space. Floors two through six will each have nine dwelling units per floor, while floors seven through nine will each have 12 dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Na Design Studio.

The property was acquired for $12.8 million on February 15, 2022.
