United Construction & Development submits 120-unit mixed-use condo plan in Flushing

Chris Jiashu Xu’s United Construction & Development Group submitted a condominium plan for 120 residential units at and four commercial units at 33-71 Prince Street in Flushing, Queens.

The condo plan, CD220101, does not yet have a sellout price listed with the New York State Attorney General. Chris Jiashu Xu is listed as the principal.

The developer has owned the site since the late 1990s.

In December of 2014, the developer filed new building plans with the city’s Department of Buildings to construct a 162-foot tall, 16-story, 205,457-square-foot building with 119 dwelling units at the site.

The plans were first permitted in 2018.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a work area and 13 dwelling units. The second floor will have 48 dwelling units and a terrace, floors three through five will each have 49 dwelling units per floor, floors six through 14 will each have 12 dwelling units per floor, the 15th floor will have 11 dwelling units and the lower half of one duplex unit, the upper half of the duplex unit will be on the 16th floor.
