Ahron Gluck files plans for 30-unit resi building in Crown Heights

Ahron Gluck through the company AG Builders Pro LLC, on May 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 30-unit residential building at 421 Lincoln Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The floor plans indicate the building will actually have 31 dwelling units.

There have been 28 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

Per the plans, the lot only has a width of 25 feet and the building will be just 15,444-square-feet.

The plans call for the construction of a 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00734162.

The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story residential use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have three dwelling units. Floors two through eight will each have four dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Baobab Architects P.C.
