United Construction & Development Group through the entity LIC Property Holdings, LLC paid $7.6 million to Sylvia Denardo through the entity 34th Street Capital LLC for industrial (F4) at 37-08 34th Street in Long Island City, Queens.
The deal closed on July 29, 2021 and was recorded on August 16, 2021.
The owner bought the property on 29-Jul-21, for $7.6 million.
The signatory for Sylvia Denardo was Sylvia Denardo. The signatory for United Construction & Development Group was Jiashu Chris Xu.
