Antares Associates LLC paid KJ Home Acquisition LLC $32 million for a condo unit at 80 Columbus Circle in Lincoln Square. The deal closed on March 2, 2020, and was recorded on March 10, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class high-rise condominium apartment/elevated, residential unit (R4).

This is condo unit N75AB. The buyers also borrowed $15 million from Bank of America.
The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 425 residential (or hotel) units on February 14, 2013.
