Children’s Aid Society pays $45M to Rockfeld Group for property in Central Harlem

The Children’s Aid Society paid Steven Feldman’s Rockfeld Group’s FDB Acquisition LLC $45.3 million for 117 West 124th Street in Central Harlem. The deal closed on March 4, 2020, and was recorded on March 9, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class office condominium (RB). The property is 67,000 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $675.

The building was issued its first temporary certificate of occupancy Nov. 30, 2018. Children’s Aid Society moved from 287 Park Avenue South after the building was sold in 2014.
