Durst Organization fully permitted for $13M renovation at 4 Times Square
The Durst Organization, on March 19, was given a permit for a $13 million renovation of the office building 4 Times Square at 151 West 42nd Street.
The plans call for a renovation on two floors of the 792-foot tall, 51-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: general construction for Bank of Montreal on 9th and; 31st floor. (Marketing 9th and; 32nd floor). Interior work only. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $13,044,853.
Last year, Durst leased out 38,000-square-feet of its tower to Vevo, a music video hosting service. At the time of the deal, Durst had leased up a total of 55,000-square-feet of the tower.
