Stagg Group gets initial TCO at 63-unit rental in Morrisania

Stagg Group, on March 19, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 63-unit, 42,884-square-foot residential building at 1032 Intervale Avenue in Morrisania.

The permit application for the project was submitted on September 8, 2017.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, 8-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of a new 8 story, 63-unit residential building.

The Stagg Group filed applications to construct the residential building back in September of 2017.

Edmund Fogel of WMW Architects, P.C. was listed as the architect for the project.
