Durst Organization files plans for $15M renovation at 4 Times Square

The Durst Organization, on March 30, filed a permit application for a $14.7 million renovation of three floors the office building 4 Times Square at 151 West 42nd Street.

The plans call for a renovation of the 792-foot tall, 51-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: (Nasdaq) 3 floor tenant fit out consisting of offices, open workspace, meeting rooms with interconnecting/convenience stair. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,660,465.

The filing comes two weeks after Durst was permitted for $13 million worth of renovations on the 9th and 32nd floor of the building, on March 19.
