Brodsky Organization files plans for $11.8M multi-floor fit-out of residential building in Prospect Heights

The Brodsky Organization, on September 26, filed plans for an $11.8 million interior fit-out of several floors of an under-construction residential building at 662 Pacific Street in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

These are the first alteration plans of more than $2,000 filed at the building so far this year. The residential building is known as Plank Road, and will have 312 residential units when it is completed. According to a report the building will have a mix of studios and one- to two-bedroom rental units. Construction is expected to wrap up around the end of this year.

The plans call for work on floors one through six of the 296-foot-tall, 28-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00584304.

The project is described in the filing as: Filing herewith for general construction portion of interior tenant fit-out. No change to use egress or occupancy on this application.

The architect listed is Davis Brody Bond, Llp.
