TCO for 39-key hotel with eight apartments in Parkchester

Jai Patel through the company Pride Lodging LLC, on March 5, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 39-key, 14,975-square-foot hotel building with eight apartment units at 1275 Pugsley Avenue in Parkchester.

The plans, pre-filed on November 14, 2018, call for the construction of a 68-foot tall, six-story hotel. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and four months.

The project is described in the filings as: this application is filed for new six-story transient hotel.

The ground floor of the building has a hotel lobby and reception area, health care facility, office and four hotel rooms. Floors two through four each have 10 hotel rooms per floor. Floors five and six each have four dwelling units per floor. The cellar has five hotel rooms.

Sung Ho Shin Architect PC was the architect listed.

The property was acquired for $1 million on November 15, 2018.
