Sylvia Zhou files plans for 24-unit resi building in Bushwick

Sylvia Zhou, on April 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 18,669-square-foot residential building at 250 Central Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

There have been 24 new building plans, including these, filed in Bushwick in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00708599.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 108 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: Filed for construction of new 5-story residential and community facility building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and community facility space. Floors two through four will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The fifth floor will have three dwelling units, a lounge, and fitness room. The sixth floor will have a terrace.
