Luce Popaj files plans for 34-unit resi building in East Tremont

Luce Popaj, on April 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 34-unit, 22,921-square-foot residential building at 773 Grote Street in East Tremont, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 95-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00702219.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 50 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new eight-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and recreation space. Floors two through seven will each have five dwelling units per floor, and the eighth floor will have four dwelling units and recreation space.

The architect listed is Node Engineering & Consulting, PC.

The property was acquired for $1.3 million on June 30, 2020.
