Stonehenge Partners pays $134.5M for 68-unit rental in the Upper East Side

Ofer Yardeni’s Stonehenge Partners through the entity 920 Park Owner LLC paid $134.5 million to Brian Gelfand and others through the entity 926 Park Avenue Corp. for the 68-unit rental (D9) at 920 Park Avenue in the Upper East Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 23, 2021 and was recorded on May 6, 2021. The Real Deal first reported on the sale last month.
The property has 155,544 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 103,180 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $864 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for the seller was Brian Gelfand.

Stonehenge Partners was founded by Ofer Yardeni. JLL’s Bob Knakal and Rob Hinckley brokered the sale.
The owners prior to the sale according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development includes Alison Diamond, head officer and Allan Moroknek, officer. The business entity is 926 Park Avenue Corporation.
