Sterling Town Equities permitted for 43-unit resi building in Boerum Hill

Sterling Town Equities, on March 5, was given a permit for construction of a 43-unit, 67,572-square-foot residential building at 533 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Paul Amit filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on June 19, 2019, call for the construction of a 124-foot tall, 11-story residential building.

The ground floor of the building, per the plans, will have a retail store, community space, recreation area, and one dwelling unit. Floors two and three will each have six dwelling units per floor, floors four and five will both have five dwelling units per floor, floors six through eight will each have four dwelling units per floor, floors nine and 10 will each have three dwelling units per floor, while the 11th floor will have two dwelling units. The cellar will have an exercise room, multiple recreation spaces, and 10 parking spaces. The roof will have additional recreation space.

Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect.

Demolition plans have not been filed yet.

An estimated completion date has not been announced.

The property was acquired for $27.5 million on June 27, 2018.
