Stawski Partners’ approved for new use on two floors at 360 Madison following a $5M alteration

Stawski Partners, on March 25, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a $5.3 million change in use to two floor of the building at 360 Madison Avenue in Grand Central.

The plans pre-filed on June 25, 2019, call for no change in size but a change in use to floors four and five of the 311-foot tall, 26-story, 323,029-square-foot building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing herewith to show change of use, egress and occupancy as shown on drawings filed herewith. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $5,343,332.

According to the building plans, the changes will occur to floors four and five. The changes include new kitchens and bathrooms, lecture rooms, offices, mechanical rooms, and a galleria.

The architects for the project were Cook + Fox.
