Stagg Group files plans for 77-unit building in Riverdale

The Stagg Group, on May 20, filed a permit application for construction of a new 45,647-square-feet, 77-unit, residential building at 6375 Broadway in Riverdale, the Bronx.

The plans call for a new 68-foot tall, seven-story, residential building.

The plans are stated as: erection of new seven-story building.

The plans indicate there will be laundry facilities and recreational rooms on the ground floor of the building. Floor two through six will have 13 units each and the seventh floor will have 12 units.

Marin Architects, P.C is listed as the architect on the application.
