RXR Realty files plans for ninth floor build-out at Starrett Lehigh Building

RXR Realty, on May 21, filed a $940,000 permit application for a renovation of the ninth floor at the Starrett Lehigh Building located at 601 West 26th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan.

The plans call for no change in use of the 19-story, 219-foot tall building.

The plans are stated as: general construction work to include interior renovation and non-structural demolition as shown on plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.

Ted Moudis Associates will be responsible for the work.
