Stagg Group files plans for 67-unit residential building in Concourse

Stagg Group, on May 26, filed plans to construct a 67-unit, 47,997-square-foot building at 301 East 165th Street in Concourse, the Bronx.

The plans call for a 68-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The plans are stated as: erection of seven-story residential building.

The second floor of the building will have 11 units, floors three through six will have 12 units each, and the seventh floor will have eight units. Stagg Group bought the parcel in January for $2.5 million.

The 67 residences will likely be rentals based on the average unit size of 676 square feet.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant, according to the city’s GIS website.

The architect listed on the application is Marin Architects.

Last week, on May 22, Stagg Group filed plans for a 77-unit building in Riverdale.
