Spaxel files plans for 73-unit resi building at newly acquired Riverdale parcel

Spaxel, on March 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 73-unit, 49,654-square-foot residential building at 2702 Creston Avenue in Riverdale.

The developer acquired four adjacent lots for $3.75 million last month.

The plans call for the construction of a 113-foot tall, 12-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of a 12-story residential building.

According to the plans, floors one through nine will each have six dwelling units per floor. Floors 10 through 12 will each have five dwelling units per floor. The basement will have four dwelling units, a recreational patio, and storage areas.

ENV Architects, DPC is listed as the architect.

Demolition plans have not been filed yet.
