SL Green finishes $29.6M build-out at One Vanderbilt
SL Green Realty, on June 3, formally completed a $29.6 million build-out for TD Bank at its recently completed office building at 10 Vanderbilt Avenue, known as One Vanderbilt, in Grand Central.
TD Bank, a subsidiary of Canada’s Toronto-Dominion Bank, was the first tenant to lease space in the building, back in the fall of 2014.
The 1,298,506-square-foot office building received its initial TCO in September of 2020.
The plans, pre-filed on May 13, 2020, call for work on floors nine and 13 through 16 of the 1,404-foot tall, 59-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior build-out of partitions, ceilings and doors. No change in use, egress or occupancy. Energy analysis filed under a separate application. This is tenant build -out for TD Bank on 9c/14m, 13c/20m, 14c/21m, 15c/22m, 16c/23m. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $29,586,656.
