Silverstein Properties files for $1.5M facade rehab at 120 Wall Street in FiDi

Silverstein Properties, on June 29, filed a permit application for a $1.5 million external rehabilitation of their office building at 120 Wall Street in the Financial District.

The plans call for a rehab of the facade of the 432-foot tall, 34-story, office building.

The project is described in the filings as: facade work as indicated on drawings.

CANY is the architect listed.

This is the fifth renovation Silverstein has filed for so far in 2020 at this building. The other four plans called for renovations to the ground floor and floors 16 and 30 of the building.
