Shmuly Deutsch finishes construction of six-story Williamsburg office

Shmuly Deutsch of Blue plus Green, on July 12, formally completed construction of an 18,200-square-foot office building at 453 Broadway in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

No temporary certificate of occupancy was issued prior to this final certificate of occupancy.

The plans, pre-filed on March 30, 2018, call for the construction of an 82-foot tall, six-story office building.

The project is described as: new six-story commercial and community facility building.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building has a lobby and three parking spaces. Floors two and three are both used for commercial space. Floors four through six are all used for philanthropic offices.

Diego Aguilera Architects P.C. is the architect named.

The property was acquired for $825,000 on April 18, 2013.
