Shibber Khan’s Criterion Group is fully permitted for construction of a 248K sf storage building in Long Island City

Shibber Khan’s Criterion Group, on March 16, was given a permit for construction of a 248,681-square-foot storage building at 31-08 Northern Boulevard in Long Island City.

The permit application for the project was submitted on January 30, 2019.

The plans call for the construction of a 119-foot tall, 9-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: new nine story commercial structure
