Rockefeller Group files plans for a $13M renovation of an office building in Midtown West.

Rockefeller Group, on March 17, filed a permit application for a $12.7 million renovation to several floors of an office building at 1271 Avenue Of The Americas in Midtown West.

The plans call for a renovation of the 574-foot tall, 47-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior build-out on floors 34,36,37,38 for general construction as indicated on plans filed herewith. no change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $12,727,000.
