The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, seven-story mixed-use building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00529604. The development site spans seven tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: seven-story mixed-use building with 52 dwelling units.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, one parking space, and three retail spaces. The second floor will have a library, exercise room, multiple recreation rooms, laundry, and seven dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have nine dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
