Saint Peter’s Church, on June 24, filed a permit application for a $1,294,700 project to conduct exterior repairs on the Saint Peter’s Church at 619 Lexington Avenue in Midtown.

The plans call for exterior repairs of the 63-foot tall, 3-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: exterior repairs as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
