Safe N Lock Storage files plans for construction of a 97K sf storage building in Staten Island

Safe N Lock Storage, on April 7, filed a permit application for construction of a 97,337-square-foot storage building at 2636 Arthur Kill Road in Staten Island.

The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot tall, 4-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of a four(4) stories self-storage facility as per the plans filed herewith.

On March 24, Safe N Lock was given a permit for construction of a 125,258-square-foot storage building at 87-16 121st Street in Richmond Hill.
