Altmark Group plans two towers with 272 units in Port Morris

Moshe Altmark’s Altmark Group plans to construct two new mixed-use buildings with 194,116-square-feet of residential space, 272-units, and 2,684-square-feet of commercial space at 2447 Third Avenue in Port Morris. The parcel is currently occupied by two buildings totaling 83,936 with a total of 46 residential units. The parcel includes open space.

The plans were disclosed on March 30, when the developer filed a waterfront certification application CEQR 2447 Third Avenue in Port Morris.
