Safe N Lock Storage files plans in Elmhurst, fourth NYC building filed in a month

Safe N Lock Storage, on May 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 54,180-square-foot storage building at 52-35 74th Street in Elmhurst.

This is the fourth project Safe N Lock has filed for in New York City in the past 30 days. The others were: 2636 Arthur Kill Road in Staten Island, 191 Vermont Street in East New York and 581 Austin Place in Morrisania.

The newest plans call for the construction of a 53-foot tall, 4-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of a fully sprinkled four(4) story self-storage facility as per the plans filed herewith.
