Safe N Lock Self Storage is fully permitted for construction of a 125K sf storage building in Richmond Hill

Safe N Lock Self Storage, on March 24, was given a permit for construction of a 125,258-square-foot storage building at 87-16 121st Street in Richmond Hill.

The plans pre-filed on Dec. 13, 2018, call for the construction of an 85-foot tall, 7-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building cellar and 7 story self-storage facility building.

According to the building plans, the ground floor will have an office and parking spaces for both customers and employees.
