Roy Moussaieff submitted a new building construction project for a 19,173-square-foot residential building at 2723 Snyder Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The plan was filed on September 15, 2022. It calls for the construction of a 16-unit, five-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B07995953.
