Related files plans in Tribeca Green, part of $5.8M filed building-wide so far this year

As part of an ongoing rehabilitation of Tribeca Green, a 258-unit residential building at 325 North End Avenue in Battery Park City, Manhattan, Andrew Orchulli of Related Companies filed plans for $115,000 in work. That’s just a fraction of the more than $5.8 million in New York City Department of Buildings filings so far this year Related has submitted.

These latest plans call for a rehab of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M08003307.

This one particular filing is described as: plumbing and sprinkler work associated with the renovation of 4O, 8E, 8G, 8I, 11M, 14G, 15G, 15H, 17B AND 21B in an existing building as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress, or occupancy.

Almost exactly one year ago, on September 2, 2021, Related signed a refinance loan with Goldman Sachs for $103.8 million.
