Business lending firm Rosenthal & Rosenthal through the entity Broadway Tenth/Flagstaff LLC paid Gabriela Korn and Zamir Korn’s GZ Acquisitions NY LLC $17 million for 61-13 Metropolitan Avenue in Maspeth. The deal closed on July 10, 2020, and was recorded on July 22, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including a retail building and the tax class unlicensed parking lot (G7). The parcel(s) have total built space and development potential of 63,018 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $270.
Rosenthal & Rosenthal also assumed an $8 million loan provided by Lincoln Life & Annuity Company in 2013.
