Halpern Real Estate, Bizzi record third highest sale at 565 Broome in Soho for $11.7M

The entity Moka NY, Corp. paid Halpern Real Estate Ventures and Bizzi & Partners Development’s Broome Property Owner JV LLC $11.7 million for apartment unit N16A at the new development condominium 565 Broome Street in Soho. The deal closed on July 8, 2020, and was recorded on July 23, 2020.

This was the third most expensive sale the developers have recorded at the 565 Broome Street. The most expensive was the penthouse for $36.5 million sold in August 2019, and the second most expensive was for $14.6 million, which was for unit N16B in June 2019.
