Robert Guo submitted a new building construction project for a 91-unit, 91,404-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 70-20 Queens Boulevard in Maspeth, Queens. The plan was filed on May 18, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 145-foot-tall, fifteen-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q01389162. The project is described in the filing as: filing 15-story mixed-use building with commercial and community facilities. The applicant is the Registered Architect Angelo Ng of Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects S.

The plans call for a car dealership on the first floor, a daycare and outdoor recreational space on the second floor, and apartments on floors two to 15.

Fei Guo purchased this parcel in 2022 for $5.9 million.
