Riverside Developers receives permits for two resi buildings totaling 177K sf in Bed-Stuy
Riverside Developers received permits for two adjacent buildings with 161 residential units and totaling nearly 177,000 square feet in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
In the larger by square feet, on October 29, Riverside Developers was given a permit for construction of a 75-unit, 111,166-square-foot residential building at 378 Flushing Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The plans, pre-filed on the same day, call for the construction of an 86-foot tall, seven-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing new residential building as per plans.
The sub-cellar will have 48 parking spaces, according to the plans. The ground floor will have an additional 36 parking spaces as well as a residential lobby. Floors two through four will each have 11 dwelling units per floor, while floors five through seven will each have 14 dwelling units per floor.
The developer had originally planned to construct the buildings in 2016, however Community Board Three rejected that iteration of the plans.
Demolition plans were filed in April 2017.

In the smaller, Riverside Developers, on October 30, was given a permit for construction of an 86-unit, 65,702-square-foot mixed-use building at 33 Little Nassau Street, also known as 376 Flushing Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The plans, pre-filed on August 6, 2018, call for the construction of a 95-foot tall, nine-story, mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing new mixed-use building as per plans.
The building will have 32 parking spaces and storage on the sub-cellar and cellar level. The ground floor will have office space and a residential lobby. Floors two through five will have a combined total of 44 dwelling units, floors six and seven will each have 10 dwelling units, the eighth floor will have 13 dwelling units, and the ninth floor will have nine dwelling units.
