RFR Holding, on May 26, filed a permit application for a $863,930 rehab of one floor at 279 Madison Avenue, also known as 285 Madison Avenue, in Murray Hill.

The plans call for work on the 22nd floor of the 300-foot tall, 25-story building.

The plans are stated as: installation of new partitions, doors, floor finishes, and suspended ceiling.

An article from March 2019 said the 14,875-square-foot 22nd floor at the time was unoccupied.

The work will be done by Scott Spector of the Spector Group, per the filing.
