Nuveen files plans for $4.6M tenant fit-out at 730 Third Avenue

Nuveen, on May 22, filed a permit application for a $4,689,310 tenant fit-out on two floors at 730 Third Avenue in Midtown.

The plans call for work on floors 10 and 11 of the 362-foot tall, 28-story, 665,000-square-foot building.

The plans are stated as: interior renovation in commercial office space for tenant fit-out, work includes construction of new partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, convenience stair and related construction as shown on plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application.

Nuveen, a subsidiary of the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, has been planning to spend over $100 million to renovate the building.

Nuveen has been active on multiple fronts recently, including last week lending Seagis Property Group $56.3M for an industrial property in four separate transactions.

The work is being done by Spector Group according to the plans.
