Renaissance Realty finishes construction of a 48-unit residential building in Bedford-Stuyvesant
Renaissance Realty, on May 28, completed construction and was issued a final certificate of occupancy for a 48-unit, 40,564-square-foot residential building at 325 Gates Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The plans filed October 23, 2017, called for the construction of a 75-foot tall, 6-story, residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new six stories with cellar mixed use (residential/commercial) building. Total 48 class A dwellings, 6 retail spaces, 24 accessory off-street parking spaces and 24 accessory bicycle storages.
The ground floor of the building will have space for six retail stores according to the plans. Floors two through five will have 12 units each. The second floor and the roof will have access to terraces and recreation space.
