Related permitted for $15M build-out at 50 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on June 30, was given a permit for a $15 million build-out of three floors of an office building at 415 Tenth Avenue, known as 50 Hudson Yards, in Hudson Yards.

The developer recently received permits for additional $15 million and $20 million build-out projects at the building. All of the plans were filed together in a series of permit applications filed for $65 million of work at the building last November.

The plans, pre-filed on November 13, 2020, call for work on floors 13 through 15 of the 1,011-foot tall, 58-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing herewith interior renovations as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,975,000.
