Related permitted for $15M build-out at 50 Hudson Yards office tower
Related Companies, on June 24, was given a permit for a $15 million build-out of three floors of an office building at 415 Tenth Avenue, known as 50 Hudson Yards, in Hudson Yards.
The plans were part of a series of permit applications filed for $65 million of work at the building last November. The developer recently received a permit for a $20 million build-out of floors three through five of the building.
The plans, pre-filed on November 13, 2020, call for work on floors 10 through 12 of the 1,011-foot tall, 58-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: interior renovations as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,975,000.
NBBJ is the architect named.
The building is still under construction, and has not yet received its initial TCO.
