Related finishes $9M fit-out at the Time Warner Center

Related Companies, on June 16, formally completed a $9 million fit-out of several floors at 10 Columbus Circle at the Time Warner Center in Lincoln Square.

The plans, pre-filed on June 25, 2019, call for work on floors one through 21, the cellar, and sub-cellars of the 750-foot tall, 54-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior fit-out as per plans filed herewith, there is no no change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $9,000,000.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill was the architect named.

Around this time last year, the developer filed two permit applications for more than $84 million worth of work on two floors of the building.
