Related finishes $9.4M single-floor build-out of 30 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on April 15, formally completed a $9.4 million build-out of one floor of an office building at 30 Hudson Yards in Hudson Yards.

The rehab comes days after the developer completed a $23.9 million build-out of floors one and 46 through 51 in the building.

The plans, pre-filed on April 27, 2020, call for work on the 48th floor of the 1,269-foot tall, 68-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction modifications taking place on the 48th construction floor (68th marketing floor) indicated per plans filed here with. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $9,423,562.

TPG Architecture is the architect named.
