Related files plans for $15.2M build-out at 50 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on September 20, filed plans for a $15.2 million build-out of two floors of an office building at 415 Tenth Avenue, known as 50 Hudson Yards, in Hudson Yards.

The developer has filed 31 alteration plans, totaling $187 million, at the building so far in 2021.

These plans call for work on floors 16 and 17 of the 1,011-foot-tall, 58-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00575467.

The project is described in the filing as: interior renovation as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress.
